Therapy Services

Rooted in serving the Latinx community in Arizona, we also welcome and affirm everyone — people of all races, cultural backgrounds, immigrant experiences, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. Our approach begins with a deep commitment to meeting you exactly where you are on your journey to healing. We understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step—and we're truly glad you're here. There is no shame in needing support. In fact, we believe that when we heal ourselves, we help heal others as well.

We honor the complex intersection of identity, culture, and life experiences that shape who you are. Our therapists use a strengths-based, person-centered, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed lens, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting, EMDR, somatic practices, and culturally relevant healing traditions. We view you as the expert of your own story, and we’re here to walk alongside you—collaboratively, compassionately, and without judgment. Your resilience is central to this process, and together, we’ll explore healing in a way that is authentic, personalized, and aligned with your values and experiences.
